Refund Policy
1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required payment.Non-Refundable Deposit: The advance payment is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
2. Client-Initiated Cancellations If you wish to cancel your booking, the following rules will apply: Cancellation Period Refund Eligibility 30 days or more before the event date 90% of the total booking amount will be refunded. 15–29 days before the event date 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. Less than 15 days before the event date No refund will be provided.
Note: The above refund percentages apply to the total booking amount minus the non-refundable deposit.
3. Company-Initiated Cancellations In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver the booked services due to unforeseen circumstances, we will:
Full Refund: Offer a full refund of the amount paid by you.
4. Postponement or Rescheduling
Company-Initiated Postponement: If we need to reschedule the event due to unavoidable reasons, you will not incur any additional charges.
5. Refund Process
Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of approval.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. No-Show Policy If you fail to show up or provide necessary access on the event date, no refunds will be issued.
7. Force Majeure We are not liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered, but refunds will not be guaranteed.
8. Customized Events or Non-Refundable Costs Certain event services, such as Live Concerts, Corporate shows, or entertainment artist bookings, may involve non-refundable costs. These will be clearly communicated during the booking process and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
